Indications
Mild to moderate pain of acute musculoskeletal disorders.
Orphengesic Forte Dosage and Administration
Adult
½ –1 tab 3–4 times daily; max 4 tabs daily.
Children
<12yrs: not recommended.

Contraindications
Glaucoma. Achalasia. GU or GI obstruction. Myasthenia gravis.

Adverse Reactions
Tachycardia, palpitation, urinary hesitancy or retention, dry mouth, blurred vision, dilation of the pupil, increased intraocular tension, weakness, nausea, vomiting, headache, constipation, drowsiness, transient dizziness or syncope; rarely: urticaria, GI hemorrhage, other dermatosis.
